What Brand Are Your Products?

AGS Beauty is a brand created and operated by AGS Corporation. We’ve invested and operated our own manufacturing base for over 20 years. In addition to retailing in North America we also export to European countries like United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, France, etc.

Where Are You Located?

Our main headquarters are based in Portland, Oregon.

We also have a second showroom in Santa Fe Springs, California, which is 30 minutes from downtown Los Angeles, Long Beach and Orange County. However, our distribution center is in Portland, Oregon and all orders will be shipped from here.

Will The Products (Shampoo Units, Styling Stations) Pass My State Codes For Inspection?

The merchandise purchased from AGS Beauty is designed and distributed for professional use only and must be installed and assembled by licensed professionals only. AGS Beauty is not responsible nor has knowledge of individual building codes or laws. Please check with your local government offices regarding any questions that you may have. Compliance with all local, state and federal codes is the sole responsibility of the customer.
 

All of our shampoo units come with complimentary plumbing fixtures (faucet, sprayer, vacuum breaker, hoses, etc.), however we cannot guarantee it will pass your state codes. We can provide you with proper plumbing sheets. Please check with your city/state inspectors for further details.
 

Several of our styling stations come with complimentary power outlets/electrical cords, however we cannot guarantee it will pass your state code specifically. We can provide you with proper schematics. You may have to change or modify the outlets/cords at your own cost to comply with local codes or regulations. Please check with your city/state inspectors for further details.

What Payment Options Do You Accept?

We accept major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express). We also accept PayPal, Cashiers Check, and Money Wire-Transfer.

Can We Split The Payment On Multiple Cards?

For security purposes we do not split payment on multiple cards, unless been approved by a sales representative.

Is COD (Collect On Delivery) A Payment Option?

Full payment must be submitted before shipment leaves the warehouse.

Do You Offer Financing?

Yes, we do work closely with several financing companies. Please refer to “Financing” section of our website for more details or call them directly.

Is Shipping Really Free?

AGS BEAUTY offer free curbside shipping to nearly all addresses in the continental U.S., however, additional shipping charges apply to shipments to below areas -

 

  • Alaska, Hawaii and Purto Rico

  • Canada

  • Addresses with Limited Access (Prison, School, Shopping Mall, Construction Site, Military Base, and etc.)

  • Remote Access Areas in the U.S. and Canada (As determined by shipping companies)

If you are located in these areas, please contact us for a quote before you pay for your order. You could submit your draft order by selecting "Save For Later" as the payment method during checkout.

What Shipping Companies Do You Work With?

We use the following companies: FedEx, UPS, USPS, ESTES-Express, Roadrunner Transportation.

Can I Ship To An Alternate Shipping Address?

Address verification is a measure AGS Beauty performs in order to provide our customers with fraud protection. To ensure our customers’ products arrive to the right recipient we do have restrictions on shipping policy. We will only ship to your salon or barbershop (which has to be a commercial/business registered address). For all residential deliveries there is a shipping cost which will be added to your order. Keep in mind for residential deliveries we will only ship to the address affiliated with the billing address.

Are Delivery Fees (Residential, Additional Handling, Limited Access) Refundable?

All shipping charges all non-refundable.

Do You Offer Pick-Ups For My Order?

Local pick-ups are available in Portland, Oregon location only.

Can I Pay For My Order And Hold Off On The Ship Out Date?

Shipments can be held in our warehouse for 30 days from the payment date. If you should require additional time a storage fee may apply, please contact us at 503-762-3228 for further details.

Do You Offer Any Discounts For Ordering Multiple Items?

Orders totaling over $3000.00 will be eligible for additional discounts. Please call or email us for the best deals.

Do You Price Match Other Beauty Suppliers/Vendors/Distributors?

AGS Beauty strives to offer you the best pricing possible, but we do not price match.

Do You Sell Used Or Refurbished Products? Do You Buy Used Salon Equipment?

As the manufacturer we only carry our own product line and do not act as a reseller for any other manufacturers.

Are Custom Colors Available? What Is The Lead Time For Custom Orders?

Yes we are able to provide custom color combinations. The average lead time for custom orders is about 6-10 weeks, excluding all holidays.

What Is Your Warranty Policy?

We offer a 1-year warranty on all of our products, and 2-year warranty on the hydraulic bases of barber chairs and styling chairs. If a product should be defective we will send out the necessary replacement parts for you to repair the product. If it is deemed un-repairable then we would send out a replacement product. Refer to our “Warranty” category of the website for more details.

What Should I Do If My Shipment Arrives Damaged By The Shipping Company?

If your shipment arrives to you broken, please sign for the shipment as damaged and have the driver note it on the receipt copy. You have 48 hours after receiving the shipment to report to AGS Beauty. If we do not get notified within 48 hours of you receiving the shipment, AGS Beauty is not responsible for damages. Please take a photo of the receipt and boxes that arrived damaged then email us at INFO@AGSBEAUTY.COM.

What If I Am Missing Certain Parts In My Order?

If your shipment arrives to you with missing boxes you have 48 hours to report the issue to AGS Beauty. We’ll need documentation from the driver stating boxes were missing from the shipment. Please take photos of the receipt and email us at INFO@AGSBEAUTY.COM. If we do not get notified within 48 hours of you receiving the shipment, AGS Beauty is not responsible for any missing boxes.

What Is The Lead Time For Replacement Parts?

All replacement parts will ship out via FedEx, UPS, or USPS with standard shipping. Expedited shipping is available with extra charge.

What If I Want To Cancel My Order, after Its Been Sent Out?

If the shipment has left our warehouse and is en route to your destination and you wish to cancel the order we may do so. However, at this point you as the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost for the transportation company to turn around and ship the products back to us at AGS Beauty. Please call us at 503-762-3228 for details.

What Happens If I Refuse Or Miss The Shipment For Delivery?

If you should refuse a shipment or miss the original appointment time for delivery, it is your responsibility as the customer to pay any fees for return shipping or redeliver.

What If I Should Want To Exchange Products?

For any exchanges we will accept them within 30 days from original purchase date. Items considered for exchanges must be in like new condition and be packaged back in the original boxes. Please keep in mind any damage occurred during transit will incur a surcharge. You must pay for shipping to have the products returned back to AGS Beauty and once we’ve received the products back then we will ship out the new products.

If I Should Not Like The Product After Receiving It, What Is Your Return Policy?

We have a standard 30 day return policy from the date order was shipped.

Products being returned must be in like-new condition with original packaging. For all returns the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges with no exceptions. Once we receive the product back our technicians will inspect the item(s) and credit you back on the original form of payment. Please keep in mind any damage occurred to the product during return shipping will also be the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted accordingly from your refund amount.
